The Obligatory Note About Regulations, Risks and Restrictions:
Evaporation and leakage are expected to occur over time as barreled spirits age. Therefore, the number of gallons in the barrel over time may decrease such that the volume removed from the barrel at the conclusion of the aging process will likely be less than the volume placed into the barrel at the time it was filled.

An individual cannot own bulk spirits unless licensed by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). Inheritance Barrel, LLC is licensed by the TTB to own bulk spirits which it stores and ages in a bonded warehouse for your benefit pursuant to the contract between you and Inheritance Barrel, LLC.
You cannot take physical possession of your bulk spirits and must leave it stored in the bonded warehouse. You are permitted to remove your bulk spirits after it is appropriately packaged in bottles labeled and marked in accordance with law or delivered in bulk to persons for whom it is lawful to sell or otherwise dispose of distilled spirits in bulk.

You will receive a Warehouse Receipt documenting your ownership of your bulk spirits stating these restrictions.
